This means customers who have submitted a review and purchased the corresponding product from us will be marked “Verified Purchase.” marked.
Other reviews (e.g. from cuckoo clock owners who did not buy from us) are marked “Unverified purchase.” marked.

The Overall Rating is determined from all reviews together (Verified purchase. + Non-verified purchase.).
